there’s a good chance you are looking for a solution to a problem that;s has been nearly impossoble to solve.
It’s a life in which the real and authentic you can give freely of who you really are.
It’s one in which you have genuine relationships, meaningful work and find value in the activities where you can be involved.
You want to be fully alive and feel energized to share your best self with those you care about who surround you.
But there’s something in your way, isn’t there?
You can’t explain what is is, it prevents you from living the life you want.
You might have thought about talk therapy or even tried it – pouring money into weeks, months, or even years of talking about your problems with little results to show for it.
Perhaps you’ve tried medication to help make the problem go away but that isn’t really working. Sure, it disguises the symptoms, but the problem always come back. It’s costing you time that could be uses to get to the answer you seek.
You have to change what you’ve been doing. Something has to be done so you can live the life you know you deserve.
I know what it feels like, to be in over your head, grasping for answers, and in a vicious cycle of being out of control.
From a very early age, I believed that I wanted to be an electrical engineer and follow in the footsteps of my father and grandfather. After graduating from college with B.S.E.E and a second degree in Finance I did what we are told to leverage my education to get a good job so that I could have financial and job security.
My first few years as a telecommunication professional was exciting but unsatisfying. I started to experience the stress and anxiety associated with what seemed like constant corporate reorganizations and downsizing threats.
I continued to look for ways to make myself more valuable to the companies I served. I obtained an MBA from Rutgers and even took an international assignment in China where I became fluent in Mandarin.
One would think that having this extensive education and experience would make me confident in my carrier.
Even I had all of this training and had found a new jo, my life was a mess.
I was extremely anxious about job security, knowing that even if you have a good job with a 6-figure salary that you can be there one day and gone the next. I couldn’t stop thinking about losing my current job. I was trevelling 85% of my time and seeing my family only on rare occasions. My weight ballooned to over 300 pounds and I had started drinking to self-medicate and take away the fear that I’d lose my job again.
My relationships were started to suffer. I wasn’t happy and knew that I had to make a change.
I tried hypnotherapy and it changed my life Over the next 6 months, I reinvented myself and became more confident.
I couldn’t believe it when I saw the changes started to happen. It was then that I knew I wanted to help others overcome their burdens just I had experienced.
The next step was being trained and certified as a clinical and medical hypnotherapist. I am also currently pursuing a MAster’s Degree in Clinical Counselling Psychology. Upon completion of my program, I will be one of the few hypnotherapists in Atlanta area with a formal education in psychology.
I use hypnosis to help clients that wish to make permanent changes in life. I have helped individuals with sports/sales/academic performance, personal reinvention, stress, anxiety, depression, fear/phobias, permanent weight loss and smoking cessation.
I strongly believe in being involved in the local community. You can often find me at an event as a member of the Lanier Forsyth Rotary. The Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce.
Trying hypnosis was something that happened when I had no other answers. I wanted a solution and didn’t want to wait for years of talk therapy to see if it would work.
